ZEELAND, MI (WHTC) – Downtown Zeeland will roll out a big welcome for the Zeeland High School Dutch Dancers to perform in their hometown before the official Tulip Time festival. This hometown occasion will mark the tenth year that downtown volunteers have worked to host the ZPS Dutch Dancers.
The event tonight starts at 6 p.m. and will feature over 60 high school Dutch Dancers and will be held on Main Street between Elm and Church Streets. Dancers will give two performances starting at 6pm.
This year the event happens on the King of the Netherland’s birthday and you’re encouraged to wear orange in support of King’s Day.
The Tulip Time Festival, and De Klomp Wooden Shoe Factory are the official supporting sponsors of the 2015 Dutch Dance Program.
