HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – Holland City Manager Ryan Cotton begins presenting a proposed Fiscal 2016 municipal budget to City Council members. Tonight’s first session at 5:30 PM, which precedes the biweekly business meeting, gives an overview of the 21.5 million-dollar spending plan with some specifics involving capital improvements, management and administration, and transportation and engineering. Another session is tomorrow evening, with a Monday night briefing possible. Council’s budget vote is on May 13th.
