In the above video, board chairman-elect Michael Hill told a capacity crowd at the monthly “Early Bird Breakfast” in the Haworth inn that there really isn’t any alternative to address the state’s crumbling roads. However, most pollsters say that, with three weeks to go, Proposal 1 is headed for defeat at the polls on May 5th.
