GRAND HAVEN, MI (WHTC) – A 17-year-old Holland man’s murder trial is being delayed after he was found to be incompetent to stand trial.
Victor Donaldson is accused of killing 18-year-old Ja ‘Paris Rodgers in Holland Township last July. Court documents were revealed Tuesday about the trial being on hold, and Donaldson has been in a health facility since being found incompetent for trial February 26th. He is being treated in an effort to allow the trial to proceed.
This December Donaldson also picked up an additional charge of assaulting a corrections officer after a jail incident.
