LANSING, MI (WHTC) – Two Allegan County men and a Holland attorney were reappointed by Governor Snyder to state panels. County Commissioner Jon Campbell of Otsego and Crossroad Bible Institute President David Schuringa of Allegan remain on the Michigan Indigent Defense Commission, a panel that aims to improve legal representation for low-income criminal defendants. Mark Boonstra stays on the Michigan Judges Retirement Board that provides oversight of the justices’ Defined Benefit Plan.
