PARK TWP., MI (WHTC) – Tom Martin has withdrawn his name from consideration for the Kent Intermediate School District’s Superintendent’s position. Currently in his fourth year as West Ottawa’s school chief, he was slated to join Ron Caniff of Grandville for a final round of interviews with the KISD board tomorrow evening. In a statement, Martin said that he was encouraged to stay with the Panthers after meeting with Board President Mary Remenschneider and through numerous messages with community members.
