DETROIT, MI (WHTC) – General Motors says the 2016 Chevrolet Malibu will feature technology that will give parents a digital report card on their teen drivers. The Teen Driver System will let parents know how far the car was driven, what the maximum speed was during that time and the number of warnings they were given.
The car will also mute the radio when the front seat passengers are not wearing a seatbelt, and will warn the driver if they are exceeding a pre-set speed.
