ALLEGAN COUNTY, MI (WHTC) – Debra Sheppard and her two children Emma McComber and Corey LaVally Jr. will be laid to rest on Wednesday. A Joint funeral is planned for at 11 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints in Grand Rapids.
The three were found dead in a Dorr mobile home last week. Police say the three were shot prior to the home being set on fire. Corey LaValley Sr., Sheppard’s significant other, is in custody and now facing multiple charges related to the fire and deaths.
A donation fund has been started to help the family pay for the funeral.
