-HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – Hope College will kick off their 16th annual 24-hour Dance Marathon for the Helen Devos Children’s Hospital tonight at 7 p.m. at the Dow Center. Members of the community are invited to observe the more than 700 Hope students dancing, performing and to hear testimonies by families served by the hospital.
Since 2000 the Dance Marathon has raised a total of more than $1.3 million. The marathon’s efforts received recognition by the Michigan Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals in 2003.
