Holland City Council Approves Central Ave. Reconstruction Contract

HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – During Wednesday night’s Holland City Council meeting, members awarded an over eight million-dollar contract to Kamminga and Roodvoets for reconstructing Central Avenue, beginning next month and running through October. The project includes installing new and upgrading current snowmelt between 6^th and 13^th streets, as well as road renovations, sidewalk upgrades, new water mains, curbs and gutters. Kamminga and Roodvoets also rebuilt Geurink Boulevard for the city three years ago.
