HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – A spinoff of part of Johnson Control’s Holland operations has acquired a parts supplier that has a Grand Rapids factory. No terms were disclosed involving Motus Integrated Technologies’ absorbing of Leon Automotive Interiors, which makes decorative soft-trim interior components. Motus took over JCI’s headliner and sun visor manufacturing at the 48th Street facility in Holland, and company officials say that Leon will continue to do business as a stand-alone subsidiary of Motus.
