ZEELAND, MI (WHTC) – Zeeland retailers that sell alcohol by the glass and by the package have their municipal liquor licenses up for renewal consideration by the City Council during tonight’s meeting. An Alcohol License Review Committee saw no reason for Council to reject the requests from Vitale’s Pizza, the Public Restaurant, the Elbo Room Bistro, Tripel Root Brew Pub, AJ’s Grocery and Liquor and Dollar General. However, the members of the state Liquor Control Commission will have the final say on the matter.
