HUDSONVILLE, MI (WHTC) – A 33-year-old Nunica woman is free on a thousand dollars bond following an arraignment this morning on felony drunken driving causing death and manslaughter charges. Heather Luke is accused of driving her SUV westbound in the eastbound lanes of I-96 just west of Marne last July 10th, slamming head-on into a mini-van and killing its driver, 52-year-old William Foster of Wyoming. Luke suffered critical injuries in the fiery collision. A preliminary hearing date is pending.
