HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – For the fifth consecutive year, the City of Holland will submit an entry into the national America in Bloom municipal beautification competition. Since 2011, the Tulip City has annually won an Outstanding Achievement Award in one of six criteria categories, including a five out of five bloom rating and taking top honors in its population category in every year. Program judges will be Holland to size up the city in late July or early August, with the national symposium, where the awards will be presented, to be held in the Tulip City on September 24th through the 26th.
