HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – After a Friday night dinner that had City Manager Ryan Cotton and his “Leadership Team” share five key issues for Fiscal 2016, the Holland City Council’s annual budget retreat resumes this morning in chambers at Holland City Hall. Strategic goals and priorities will be finalized during the three-hour plus session that will help Cotton as he and his staff draws up a proposed spending plan for Council’s consideration. Council will vote on the budget in May. Today’s 9 AM retreat is open to the public.
