HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – The Holland City Council huddles with City Manager Ryan Cotton and his staffers this evening to kick off a two-day annual retreat. They will go over potential strategy goals and priorities over dinner tonight before spending about three hours tomorrow morning finalizing those plans. The sessions will help Cotton draw up a proposed Fiscal 2016 budget that will be voted upon this spring. The retreat in Council Chambers at City Hall is open to the public.
