ZEELAND (WHTC) – Zeeland Public Schools will hold the first of six public forums on the district’s upcoming bond issue tonight prior to the Board of Education meeting. The district is asking voters February 24 to approve a 53-point-5 million bond proposal designed to address security upgrades, technology improvements, renovation to Zeeland East High School and additions to Zeeland West High School. The forum will run from 6-to-7 p.m. at the Zeeland West cafeteria, located off 100th Avenue north of Riley Street.
