Armed Robbers Sentenced in Grand Haven

GRAND HAVEN, MI (WHTC) – Two Lakeshore men convicted of separate armed robbery charges were sentenced yesterday in Ottawa County Circuit Court. Sergio Guy will get between 14 and 20 years in prison on six felony counts after pleading guilty for a May 2013 crime; the 22-year-old man was captured in the Chicagoland area a year later. David Kelly also admitted holding a gun to a cabbie that came to pick him up at a Holland Township apartment complex last August; he will serve at least four and a half years behind bars.
