January, 3 (WHTC) – Michigan State Lottery Officials announced that over $3 million in unclaimed lottery winnings remain in the state coffers, including two $1 million Powerball and Mega Million winners. A person with a winning ticket has one year from the announced lottery drawing date to claim their money. All unclaimed winnings go towards the Sate of Michigan K-12 fund.
