From THE GOLDEN YEARS of REDS PLACE 2004-2008. Every Tuesday morning for the last six years, from 8:35 until 8:50 Master Gardner Jan Meeuwsen (meu-sen) has joined me in Reds Place for her segment called "The Weekly Garden Party". She works at one of the largest seed stores in America and comes onto the show to dole out advice and to answer gardening questions. It is also a chance for me to "cut up" a bit. Jan and I have a great rapport and if I were to ever have a co-host, it would be HER! During this episode Jan and I are talking about Christmas plants. We also introduce another of Jan's medical assistants and we hear from her old assistant Maria Maria with her new assistant Loco Coco (I always came up with different "pet" names for her assistants. You see almost three years ago Jan was in an accident and is STILL recuperating, still coming on the show, and still going through medical assistants! (The Golden Years of Reds Place were from 2004-2008)
