Summary

In this episode Red interviews retired Admiral Dennis V. McGinn who spend 33 years in the U.S. Navy as among other things Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Warfare Requirements and Programs at the Pentagon. He believes that Proposal 3, the one that would require a constitutional change to Michigan's constitution to require using 25% renewable resources by 2025. An idea that some are for, but many more seem to be against. Here the Admiral shares his views why he think's it's a win-win for the state and it's residents.
