Blue Star Meats of Holland, and sponsor of the segment "The Meat Of The Week" comes on every Friday morning at 8:40 on WHTC In The Morning with Red Kingman. Each week Rod the co-owner of the butcher shop comes onthe show to highlight a particular cut of meat whether it's beef, chicken, pork, or Alligator (they don't butcher Alligator!--not yet anyway!). This week Rod's Mother came on to tell us a little of the history of Blue Star Meats and to share her thoughts on meat. Enjoy the conversation and hopefully we will MEAT your expectations!
