    Coming up in June 2011 on the 10th and 11th it's the Holland/Zeeland Relay For Life. This is a nation wide annual event that is sponsored by the American Cancer Society to raise awareness and money to help find a cure for cancer. In this episode Red talks with Relay Walker and cancer survivor Jan Zuverink and her caregiver Husband and co-walker Chuck talk about Jan's cancer experience, beating the disease, and of course about the Relay For Life.

Every week they come onto the show to talk about their meat deal of the week and a variety of other subject ranging from our kids, to vacations, to Tony's sleeping habits! Usually we have a rollicking good time, but today things turned serious as we discussed a new strain of bacteria that is resistant to antibiotics and that is infecting beef, pork, chicken and turkey products. Tony and Tina share their thoughts as business owners whose products comprise those meats. They also shared emotional testimonies on the alarming rate of small business closings in Holland and the need to BUY LOCAL.
