HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — Four Van Buren County fire departments were called to a pole barn fire in Arlington Township on Tuesday, April 14, 2020. No one was hurt.
Bangor Community Fire Department, dispatched at 10 p.m. to 49344 38th Ave. found the building — which contained farm equipment and hay — totally engulfed. The roof collapsed at the same time the first units arrived. Columbia Township, Lawrence Township and South Haven Area Emergency Services fire departments provided mutual aid.
The fire remains under investigation.
