Kiki Hernandez hit three homers with seven RBI, while Clayton Kershaw allowed three hits with five strikeouts over six innings, as the visiting Los Angeles Dodgers defeated the Chicago Cubs in Major League Baseball playoff action at Wrigley Field last night, 11-1. LA wins the National League Championship Series, four games to one, and will host either the New York Yankees or the Houston Astros to begin the World Series next Tuesday evening. The Yanks lead the ALCS, three games to two, but the Astros host the Bronx Bombers at Minute Maid Park tonight.
