HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM) – The man accused of stabbing his girlfriend Monday in Holland has confessed to the crime.
In an arraignment by court video monitor on Wednesday, 56-year-old Keith Williams confessed to murdering 37-year-old Crystal Latham. Williams has been charged with open murder and habitual offender charges.
Williams not only waived his right to remain silent he also waived his right to an attorney. He was told by the judge that his guilty plea would not be accepted in district court. As the judge tried to establish bond, Williams said he didn’t want bond. He dismissed himself and then walked away from the camera in the court video arraignment.
He will appear in court again later this month for a probable cause hearing.
Funeral arraignments for the 37-year-old Mother of three are pending as Latham has no family in the area.
