HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – Lakeshore Habitat for Humanity invites the public to an open house and tour of their latest build.
The Patton Family Home is located at 216 Hope Avenue in Holland. Lakeshore Habitat thanks the community for volunteering, donating and helping build awareness to the project. Your efforts have made this dream a reality for the Patton Family.
The Open House is April 11, from 5-7 p.m. You’re invited to stop by anytime and tour the home you helped build.
Stacey Korecki is Volunteer Manager for Lakeshore Habitat and says if someone is in need of a more affordable home they can go online and fill out a pre application or stop by the office.
” Basically the criteria is that you have to have the ability to pay back a mortgage and so in general it depends on your household size. But in general you have to make about $27,000 a year in order to pay for the mortgage. There is also a top end income because if you can get a loan from the bank then you don’t need our help.”
Lakeshore Habitat For Humanity is located at 12727 Riley Street in Holland.
