HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – Community Mental Health of Ottawa County (CMHOC) is asking the community to take a survey so that they may assess the mental health needs in the community.
The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services requires CMHOC to involve the public, private providers, school systems and other key community partners and stakeholders in the assessment.
The survey online consists of three questions and only takes a few minutes to complete. By taking the survey, you’ll be able to share with CMHOC the trends and needs you identify that may be related to, or characteristic of, a mental health need.
