SPRING LAKE, MI (WHTC) – A Spring Lake school is hosting their own Walk For Warmth fundraiser for Ottawa County’s Community Action Agency.
West Michigan Academy of Arts and Academics has held their own fundraiser for years on school grounds. The students will participate on Friday, February 10.
The Community Action Agency’s Walk For Warmth is in it’s 29th year. Last year through their range of programs, they assisted over 3,500 qualified households in Ottawa County. If you are in need of assistance, details on how to apply for assistance are online.
Zeeland’s Walk for Warmth is Saturday, February 11 at 8:30 a.m. at City on a Hill. Registration is free for the two-mile walk around downtown Zeeland. Pledge forms are online.
