HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – Multiple Schools in the Holland Christian School System are being searched as Holland police are assisting after a digitized voice call was made, calling in a bomb threat this morning, May 27, 2016.
According to the Holland Department of Public Safety’s Twitter feed, the middle school, Pine Ridge Elementary, Rose Park Elementary and South Side Elementary have all been cleared of any suspicious items.
The threat police say may be linked to a wave of other digital calls across the country. A term known as “swatting.” Captain Jack Dykstra told WHTC News in an email that they release more details on this incident when they become available.
