HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – A shooting in the city of Allegan has one man in the hospital and another in jail.
WOOD TV 8 reports that the shooting happened Thursday evening, June 9, around 8 p.m. on Grand Street. The victim suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was taken to Allegan General Hospital then transferred to Bronson Methodist Hospital.
The suspect who is lodged in the Allegan County Jail is believed to be related to the victim according to police. He was arrested a short time after the shooting when witnesses identified him and deputies too him into custody on M-89.
Charges are pending.
