HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – As the school year winds downs. Greater Ottawa County United Way is already planning for their fourth annual Stuff the Bus school supply drive.
Many students in Ottawa County start the school year unprepared. They lack the basic tools they need to start their school year properly. Things like backpacks, pencils, crayons, pens, markers, binders and every other school supply you can think of.
The school supply drive kicks off July 25 and right now United Way is looking for companies and organizations to become a public collection site for Stuff the Bus.
Contact United Way’s Director of Volunteerism Shannon LaHaie at (616) 396-7811 x206 or email her.
The fourth annual Stuff the Bus school supply drive will run from Monday, July 25-August 8, 2016.
Stuff the Bus is a collaboration of Greater Ottawa County United Way, The Salvation Army in Grand Haven and in Holland and Grand Haven Area Public Schools.
