HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – Ottawa County Supervisor Stu Visser is retiring and the public is invited to a reception.
Before being elected to the Ottawa County Board of Commissioners as the 1st District representative, Visser was Park Township’s supervisor for 22 years.
The reception will take place Tuesday, December 13, immediately following the regular Board of Commissioners Meeting at 1:30 p.m. in the Fillmore Street Complex located at 12220 Fillmore Street in West Olive.
Former Holland School Superintendent Frank Garcia will replace Visser, who chose not to seek re-election. The 1st District represents Port Sheldon and Park townships and part of the city of Holland.
