COOPERSVILLE, MI (WHTC) – It’s like a scene from the movie Polar Express, yet you won’t have to go to the North Pole to experience it.
Coopersville’s Santa Train is a tradition every holiday season. The 230-seat train rail cars date back to 1919 and 1932. Elves will escort every child onto the train all while holiday tunes provide the soundtrack for a magical train ride.
Santa and Mrs.Claus are aboard the train as it makes it way on the Coopersville and Marne railway. The Santa train runs every Saturday and Sunday till Christmas.
Fares for kids aged 2-12 are $17. Adults $19 and seniors 60 or older $18. Children under two years old ride free.
