CENTENNIAL, CO. (WHTC) – A man arrested in Colorado will be back in Michigan to face various federal charges, including identity theft, stemming from the theft of mail from mailboxes in Ottawa County. The indictment didn’t say exactly where Tracy Lee Rudisel struck, but that he allegedly possessed the stolen mail in February of 2014, and that he had five Social Security numbers, four drivers’ licenses and two birth certificates, some coming from the victims. He is scheduled to appear for an arraignment at US District Court in Grand Rapids on November 2nd.
