LANSING, MI (WHTC) – The Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration issued 357 thousand dollars in penalties for alleged violations of worker safety provisions by Gates Electric and Electrical Inspection Service at a Brink Warehouse in Holland. Between June 16th and August 19th of this year, six alleged violations involving General Rules and Electrical Installations were identified, with one serious and five willfully serious citations issued. The company has 15 working days from the receipt of the citations to either comply or contest the violations and penalties. No comment has been forthcoming from Gates.
