-HOLLAND, MI (WHTC)- Ottawa County’s Most Wanted is Russell Clay Shepherd. He is wanted on five warrants for failure to spear in the 58th District Court. He faces five charges of larceny, possession of drugs and failure to pay child support.
As of December 2014 he is also wanted out of Cook County, IL., as an “armed and dangerous” person (from previous aggravated battery with a weapon charge) for shoplifting merchandise over $300.
Shepherd 24, is 6 feet and 155 pounds.
