HART, MI (WHTC) – The 33-year-old man accused of driving his pickup truck through the fence at the Grand Haven Coast Guard station last February 8th has been found competent to stand trial on separate arson charges. Matthew Krueger allegedly set fire to his parents’ Oceana County residence just prior to his attack at the Coast Guard compound. Krueger was already bound over for trial in Grand Haven District Court; Ottawa County prosecutors are awaiting this forensic report. He is currently held in the Ottawa County Jail.
