HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – With all the traffic congestion in the Downtown Holland area, finally we have something that might make all the details a little less perplexing. A map has been released by the Downtown Development Authority to help alleviate some of the confusion regarding the construction in Downtown Holland.
The map shows all the areas that are closed to traffic, including parts of Central Avenue and the entrance to 9th Street from River Avenue. It also shows the places in downtown that are open for parking and the streets that have opened to two-way traffic, such as 8th Street.
The DDA urges people to take it slow when they see the anything to do with the construction and to be careful maneuvering around the barricades when needed. Downtownholland.com will be updated with more construction news, or call (616) 335-1050 with any questions.
