HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – The board of the Holland Board of Public Works holds a special meeting this afternoon.
The panel is expected to endorse a 13.3 million-dollar contract with Davis Construction for improvements to the municipal utility’s wastewater treatment plant. Also on the agenda are deals for electrical engineering and surveying of the pipeline needed for sending natural gas into the new power plant near the Eastern Gateway, construction of which is slated to begin in April, as well as a land services agreement for the site off of 5th Street and Fairbanks Avenue.
All four pacts must clear the city attorney’s office and be approved by City Council before they are enacted.
