HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - A preliminary hearing is scheduled this afternoon in Holland District Court for Juan Casillas, a 28-year-old man from Holland’s North Side who allegedly fired a gun as an ex-girlfriend was driving off following a confrontation in a parking lot last month. The unnamed 24-year-old woman and her vehicle was not struck by any bullets during the August 24th incident at the Value Place motel, and Casillas, who was already awaiting trial on an unrelated meth lab charge, was arrested at a residence around 136th Avenue and Greenly Street. He’s in the Ottawa County Jail on 15 thousand dollars bond.
