DETROIT (WKZO) -- Thousands of Detroit pensioners will have to vote again on the city's restructuring plan because of an error on the ballots.

Ballots were sent to approximately two-thousand people with inaccurate data about money the current and former workers would repay to Detroit. New ballots with accurate information will be sent out and the employees will have a chance to vote again.

During a hearing Wednesday, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Steven Rhodes said the error would result in "no" votes that may have otherwise been "yes" and asked attorneys for the city to give him the name of the person responsible for the error Friday.
