HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) -- A city program in its second year will be putting 74 at-risk teens to work this summer. The Holland Youth Connections program was conceived in 2013 and put 12 teens to work last summer. City Manager Ryan Cotton says most of the funding for this year’s program has come from private donations. The teens will have a couple of weeks off before starting to work on June 17th. You’ll recognize them by their bright yellow t-shirts.
