HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) -- A program with the goal of determining the effectiveness of energy saving measures when applied to local housing in Holland will get underway on June 15th. The Home Energy Retrofit 50-house pilot program is open to all single-family residential homeowners within the city limits. City Manager Ryan Cotton says a team of certified energy auditors will conduct a thorough on-site evaluation, producing a cost-effective plan to improve energy efficiency.
