UNDATED, (WHTC) -- Two Zeeland teens are under arrest after Holland Police were called out to the Baypointe Apartment complex on E 16th St. A resident living there called 911 at about 4:30 A.M. Wednesday morning. When an available patrol officer arrived he was able to locate the two suspects in their own vehicle, still in the apartment complex area. Several stolen items were found in the suspect vehicle and it is believed that the suspects are also responsible for a number of larcenies in and around the Holland area. 17-year-old Zachary Ayers is charged with one misdemeanor count of Malicious Destruction of Property. 19-year-old Patrick Banks is charged with felony Possession of a Stolen Financial Transaction Device. Both were given a $2-thousand personal recognizance bond. Holland detectives are working with detectives from the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Department to clear up several larcenies. Anyone with information can call Detective Drew Torres at 616-355-1173.
