HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - Thanks to Wednesday’s 20-cent-per-gallon spike, gas prices along the Lakeshore are up a dime going into the Memorial Day weekend. This morning’s weekly survey of Holland area stations showed an average of $3.86, 10 cents more than last Friday, but eight pennies less than a year ago at this time. Triple-A’s daily polling had marks of $3.65 nationally and $3.79 statewide, down a penny and up eight cents, respectively.
