DETROIT (WKZO) -- A Detroit-based packing company is working with officials on a beef recall. The "Detroit Free Press" reports that tainted beef has been traced to Wolverine Packing. Nearly two-million pounds of ground beef was recalled because of E. coli. Company officials aren't saying much publicly, but the company did issue a statement indicating its willingness to recall the meat based on initial findings.
