LANSING (WKZO) -- The group Keep Michigan Wolves Protected will have their attempt to halt the hunting of gray wolves in the Upper Peninsula on the statewide ballot in November. State elections officials determined they gathered enough valid petition signatures to put their question to voters. It is the second proposal seeking to stop the hunt that will be on the ballot, and a third petition in support of hunting the wolves is still being circulated.
