JAMESTOWN, MI (WHTC) - A 38-year-old Allegan man is fortunate to escape serious injury from a single-vehicle crash just north of the Allegan/Ottawa county line last night.
According to Ottawa County Sheriff’s Sergeant Chris Koster, Timothy Hall Senior was driving northbound on 24th Avenue and had just crossed Ottogan Street into Jamestown Township when he lost control and his vehicle veered to the left and into a ditch. The vehicle traveled a little further until striking a culvert, causing it to roll over several times before landing on its wheels.
Hall was taken to Holland Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. Koster didn’t give any cause for why the driver lost control as the incident remains under investigation.
