HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) -- The Holland Area Arts Council is featuring the Holland Garden Club Flower Show during Tulip Time. Executive Director Lorma Williams Freestone says there’s a show that judges adult’s flower arrangements but the Show is also for the children. The Boys and Girls Club created "fairy gardens" and Freestone says that the Garden Club works with the children as one of their outreach initiatives. There is also a horticultural section and area gardener’s bring clippings from the plants they are growing in their own yards. Freestone says that Wednesday and Thursday are the peak times to see the floral arrangements and you can do so until 8 P.M. through this Friday.
